The main challenge of the project was the complexity of the topic, which should cover an extensive program, according to the recommendations required for hospital environments. Zoning was an essential part of the work, consisting of emergency, special support, technical support, diagnostics and treatment, ambulatory, administration, inpatient rooms, day care, technical education and student residence. Circulation flow was also thought to avoid undue crossings between users. To organize the space, a modulation of 1.20 x 1.20 m, that helped in the creation of a personalized roof, of plastic and practical function.
