Project location: Brasilia, Brazil
The project is a commercial building located in the North Commercial Sector in Brasilia. It has four levels of garage in the basement, two commercial floors and twelve office floors, two for Co-Work, four floors with free floor plan and six with a divided floor plan. The building concentrates several activities focused on the local culture, counting on a library-park that includes a bookstore, exhibition room/media room, cinema room, besides open-air decks along its vertical layout and a Co-work space As for the formal aspect, the form chosen is a composition of overlapping volumes, suspension by pillars and an atrium. The structural aspect, brise detailing, lining and raised flooring were also worked on, as the focus on energy efficiency, ventilation, and natural lighting.
