The objective of the project was to develop a superquadra and the development of its urban design - planning of the layout of residential buildings, as well as the circulation routes and public facilities, such as schools, squares, and sports areas. A second stage consisted of the full project of one of the residential buildings. The chosen building was 90 meters long, 6 floors, with pilotis and a green roof. The floor-type comprises five four-bedroom apartments and a three-bedroom apartment. For the purpose of the study, the model of the superquadra (scale 1: 1000), the residential block (scale 1: 250) and the type apartments (scale 1: 100) were made.
