Project location: Montréal, Canada

The project aimed to create a space to bring together activities related to food, which are: a public market, a cooking school, consumption spaces (cafeteria and restaurant) and a culinary garden. The developed building has a language of irregular shapes arranged on the ground, which in turn are connected by the culinary garden in the form of a tape. The focal point of the project is the public market agora with its large collector of rainwater, which also promotes an artistic feature to the space
